Blooming Ideas for De-stressing in July
This month, we’re featuring “Health” from The Seeds For Living Collection, to show how we can use it to de-stress.
Choose one of these “five minute escapes” to de-stress when you think about your health as it leads you to reducing your stress:
- The most valuable thing we own is our health. Any material item you own is never as valuable as your own health. We should never take it for granted; we need to cherish it.
- The next time you feel stressed, think about taking a deep breath. When you do some deep breathing, it brings you to a different place. It helps you to calm down and be able to proceed without feeling anxious.
- One way to de-stress is to think about each part of your body for a moment and take a quick inventory of each body part; you will soon find that you have a lot to be thankful for and whatever was stressing in the last few moments is probably forgotten by now or you don’t think it is as big as you thought it was earlier. It is all in perspective.
